Allan Cogan is the founder, host, and driving force behind Crafted Conversations Media. An Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and holder of a Master's degree in Education Policy from UW-Milwaukee, Allan brings the same rigor and curiosity to every interview that he applies to everything else in his life.
What started as a passion project has grown into a nationally recognized craft spirits and brewing media platform, with 75 on-location episodes filmed across the country. Allan also operates a veteran-support nonprofit connected to the craft spirits industry — because for him, the mission has always been bigger than the show.
Based in Milwaukee, Grant brings serious documentary and narrative filmmaking credentials to every production. His background spans independent features, short films, and national ad campaigns — including work with the Pacific Legal Foundation.
